We are particularly pleased that this year a woman has also decided to do this training with us!<br>We wish our new colleagues a good start, an informative time, and great experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help our new apprentices to get their bearings and settle in quickly, the first few weeks are packed with new information, experiences, and training. The introductory days focus primarily on NAF and our products, as well as the apprenticeship professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On September 12, the entire apprenticeship department went on their annual excursion. A total of 22 apprentices and 3 trainers took part. This year, the excursion was a company visit to Hoffmann Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoffmann-group.com\/GB\/en\/houk\/\">Hoffmann Group<\/a> is active in the trade and manufacturing of tools, work equipment, and personal protective equipment, and offers related consulting and services. The company employs around 4,000 people, is active in over 50 countries, and is headquartered in Munich. In 2021, the new central warehouse and technology center \u201cLogisticCity\u201d was built in Nuremberg, and we were given the opportunity to take a look inside!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was an exciting day for all participants, with lots of new information and impressions.
