New apprenticeship year, new apprentices

The new apprenticeship year began right on time on September 1, and we were delighted to welcome new apprentices also to our company. 

A total of five apprentices have started this year to learn the profession of industrial mechanic. We are particularly pleased that this year a woman has also decided to do this training with us!
We wish our new colleagues a good start, an informative time, and great experiences.

To help our new apprentices to get their bearings and settle in quickly, the first few weeks are packed with new information, experiences, and training. The introductory days focus primarily on NAF and our products, as well as the apprenticeship professions.

On September 12, the entire apprenticeship department went on their annual excursion. A total of 22 apprentices and 3 trainers took part. This year, the excursion was a company visit to Hoffmann Group.

The Hoffmann Group is active in the trade and manufacturing of tools, work equipment, and personal protective equipment, and offers related consulting and services. The company employs around 4,000 people, is active in over 50 countries, and is headquartered in Munich. In 2021, the new central warehouse and technology center “LogisticCity” was built in Nuremberg, and we were given the opportunity to take a look inside!

It was an exciting day for all participants, with lots of new information and impressions. Thank you to our team of instructors, who always put their heart and soul into these activities and make trips like this possible.
