Practicum

Last year 35 young people had the opportunity to get an inside view of our company or to go through a trainee-ship.

 

Apprenticeship

Since 1967 apprenticeships and the promotion of continuing education have been the building block of highly capable and future orientated career teams. In our efficient training center we are presently training 26 people to become Industrial Mechanics, Machine operators or Industrial Administrators. In 2007 NAF offered for the first time the opportunity to take up the apprenticeship for the new developed profession Euro-Industrial Administrator. This apprenticeship emphasises the internationality of a company in a global market.
