NAF at Conexpo in Las Vegas
We would be pleased to welcome you: Green Pavilion - Booth No. 50309
It is the second time after 2005 that NAF attends the Conexpo in Las Vegas in the state of Nevada with their own booth. The Conexpo is the biggest exhibition for construction machinery in North America and the second biggest exhibition - after Bauma in Munich - worldwide.
Despite the exchange rate of the dollar which is quite unfavourable for the producers of the machines NAF was able to win the companies Central Mine Equipment and Champion as new customers in 2007. Attending the Conexpo is one step to continue this successful way and to become further established with the brand NAF. Especially the branches Construction machinery and Mine Equipment are expected to increase the market shares in this region.

Foundation of NAF Russia in Yekaterinburg
As of September 1, 2007, Neunkirchener Achsenfabrik has a subsidiary in Russia.
Since 1999 the economical growth in Russia has been very impressive. The prognosis of 7 % for 2007 is even higher than the growth of the last three years. The interest in highly technical resources and most modern technologies has immensely increased in the last few years. Furthermore, price and top quality as well as prompt and reliable service are of great importance. Recently there is one further aspect: the delivery time in the face of the flourishing economy and the great demand of modernization.
In the last few years the Neunkirchener Achsenfabrik was able to prove itself as a competent partner for drive solutions in forestry-, construction- and agricultural vehicles on the Russian market and has been doing business with several well-known companies in Russia. The two biggest manufacturers of motor graders, Dormash in Orel and Brjanskij in Brjansk as well as the manufacturer of forestry vehicles, Amkodor in Belarusj are some of NAF’s customers in this region.
In order to meet the increasing demands of the Russian market and to ensure optimal customer support NAF Russia Ltd. was established.
The office is located in Yekaterinburg, the third biggest Russian city, located on the European Asian border.

BAUMA 2007
The 28th trade fair for construction machinery, industry of building materials, mining vehicles, construction vehicles and building implements set up several records.
Also for NAF it is the most important fair worldwide in the construction industry. We were most delighted that so many clients followed our invitation and visited us at our stand. So we were able to intensify existing contacts and moreover to make numerous promising new contacts.
We thank you very much for all the interesting conversations and discussions!
The positive atmosphere of both, guests and exhibitors, was felt extremely and we took it home with us to let it slip in our daily business.

| Sales Representatives from four continents meet in Neunkirchen am Brand All six representations of the Neunkirchener Achsenfabrik came together on November 14th and 15th in Neunkirchen am Brand for the sales meeting 2006. On the one hand strategies for binding customers and winning new customers were discussed and on the other hand detailed technical descriptions of the NAF products were given. Naturally in this connection a factory tour was made to clarify any technical questions directly. Furthermore the representatives from Brazil, Canada, Russia, Great Britain, Italy and France reported about the market situation in their countries and mentioned some special circumstances within their markets. All in all the meeting made on the one hand its contribution to the feeling of solidarity of the colleagues and helped on the other hand to internalize once more the NAF-philosophy “Our Customer is our Partner”. NAF and Terex – A Promising Connection
NAF has been supplying axles for articulated dump trucks to Terex Equipment since April 2006.
Terex, located in Scottish Motherwell, is the third largest manufacturer of construction equipment worldwide. For decades Terex and the affiliated German based company Atlas as well as Schaeff and Fuchs have worked together successfully. This is one of many reasons why the Head Office in Scotland chose NAF AG during the revision process of their dump truck series. With patented self-cooling brakes in the wheel ends, NAF was able to offer a solution with focus on maximum capacity.
The dump trucks - type TA27 and TA30 – have a load capacity of 27 US tons respectively 30 US tons. For the front axle the Irish company Timoney Technology and NAF have developed a special suspension, which is most important when working in gravel pits and off-road applications.
It is Terex’s goal to rank second in the construction sector within the next three years and NAF will do their utmost to contribute to Terex’s growth!

NAF at CTT Moscow 2006
May 23rd-27th, 2006 the 7th International Show of Construction Equipment and Technologies will take place at Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre in Moscow.
The CTT is the leading construction event in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe offering an extensive range of innovative and technologically advanced construction equipment, machinery and technologies. Last year 434 exhibitors from 22 countries presented their products at a space of more than 30.000 sqm. The CTT is a platform for construction machinery, earth-moving machinery, building material machinery and building site plant, construction equipment and tools, road and railway construction machinery as well as accessories and equipment.
In Hall No. 4 and outdoor as well 42 German companies will present a survey on their products at the German Pavilion.
NAF will use the opportunity to present ourselves to you. We would be glad to receive you in Hall 4, exhibition stand No. 4102!
